The Influence of Medical Tourism and Korea Flow on the Visiting Intention and Recommendation of Chinese Students Stay in Korea

Abstract
This study was intended to investigate the extent to which the perception of Korean medical tourism and Korean culture have impact on the intention to recommend for the Korean medical tourism. We also examined the moderating effect of relative importance between medical service and tourism on the intention to visit and recommend to the Korean medical tourism. We conducted to investigate the perception of Korea medical tourism services for Chinese visitors staying in Korea. The impact of awareness and concern about Korean culture and Korea medical tourism on the intention to visit and recommend was examined using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the relative importance between medical service and tourism attraction moderated the influence of perception of Korean tourism service on the intention to visit for medical tourism in Korea. In addition, the relative importance between medical service and tourism attraction moderated the influence of participation to Korean culture on intention to visit for medical tourism in Korea. Therefore, the result of this study emphasizes that we need to develop not only the medical service but also the attractive Korean culture resources for Korean medical tourism.
